Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant (CPNPP), Docket Nos. 50-445 and 50-446, 72-74 Notification of Petition for Bankruptcy
Dear Sir:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(cc), 10 CFR 70.32(a)(9), and 10 CFR 72.44(b)(6), Luminant Generation Company LLC ("Luminant")(the NRC licensee for CPNPP), acting on behalf of itself and its parent companies Energy Future Holdings Corp. ("EFH"), Energy Future Competitive Holdings Company LLC ("EFCH"),
Texas Competitive Electric Holdings Company LLC ("TCEH"), and Luminant Holding Company LLC, hereby notifies the NRC that a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code has been filed April 29, 2014 on behalf of each of these entities in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
