Dear Sir or Madam:
On October 14, 2008 Entergy submitted the Nine Month Response to NRC Generic Letter 2008. In this response a commitment was made to:
RBS will evaluate and submit, as appropriate, changes to the plant Technical Specifications based upon the final, approved version of Technical Specification Task Force (TSTF) Traveler for unacceptable gas accumulation in ECCS. This submittal will be, adjusted, as needed, to account for plant-specific design and licensing basis. The submittal will be within 90 days following NRC publication of the Notice of Approval of the TSTF Traveler in the Federal Register.
The NRC has completed an inspection of the RBS response to GL 2008-01 under Temporary Instruction 2515/177 in Inspection Report 05000458/2011005 dated February 10, 2012, in which the program was found acceptable. There have been no significant changes to the RBS program as reviewed and no changes to the program are proposed by this action.

RBG-47452 Page 2 of 3 RBS is following the fleet (Entergy) program concerning Gas Accumulation. This program includes the incorporation of applicable industry guidance. Also the owners group TSTF committee recently issued TSTF-IG-41-01, Revision 0, on March 19, 2014. The evaluations of this guidance and Entergy fleet issues are not complete.
With the current RBS commitment a submittal would be required by April 15, 2014. This is insufficient time to resolve and incorporate guidance and identify and provide resolutions resulting from the above activates.
Based upon the above Entergy is revising the commitment to evaluate and submit an amendment request within 90 days to; evaluate and provide a schedule for submittal of an amendment request within 180 days, July 14, 2014. The revised commitment is in to this letter.
