DRAFT PT Limits Report RAIs.pdf Mr. Lentz, By letter dated December 9, 2013, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML13344A983) FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (the licensee) submitted the Pressure and Temperature Limits Report for the Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit 2.
The NRC staff has reviewed the information submitted by the licensee, and based on this review, determined additional information is required to complete the assessment of the submitted information. Please find attached a Draft Request For Additional Information. It is being sent to you to ensure that the question is understandable, the regulatory basis for the question is clear, and to determine if the information was previously docketed. Please respond to me by Wednesday, January 29, 2014, and notify me if you desire to hold a teleconference to discuss the question. The NRC staff will request a response to the RAIs within 30 days of the formal NRC RAI transmittal letter.
