50-206, 50-361 and 50-362 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 1, 2 and 3 Enclosed for your review and approval, in accordance with 10CFR50.90, is proposed Revision 6 to the August 1983 Physical Security Plan (PSP) SONGS Units 1, 2 and 3. Proposed Revision 6 to the PSP, provided as Enclosure 1, relates to alarm annunciation requirements. Enclosure 1 contains "Safeguards Information" as specified in 10CFR73.21 and should be protected against unauthorized disclosure.
Also enclosed for your review and approval, as Enclosure 2, is a proposed change to the'San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3 Operating License. Proposed Change NPF-10/15-194 (PCN 194 will revise License Condition 2.E to reflect proposed Revision 6 to the August 1983 Physical Security Plan (PSP) SONGS Units 1, 2 and
- 3. The proposed change revising the SONGS Unit 1 License Condition, 3.G(1), will be included in the formal amendment application.
The changes proposed in the 10CFR50.90 application for amendment to the August 1983 Physical Security Plan do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and have been determined to not adversely affect safe plant operation.
In accordance with 10CFR170.12, enclosed is the required amendment application of $150.00. A formal request for these changes to the SONGS Unit 1 Provisional Operating License and the SONGS Unit 2 and 3 Operating Licenses will be included in our next formal amendment application.
