FIRE WATER MAIN LEAKAGE INTO 4 kV SUITCHGEAR ROOM Enclosed is a copy of an AEOP Technical Review Report for your consideration.
We recommend that a synopsis of this report be published in the next Power Reactor Events to acquaint licensees with (1) the vulnerability of under ground fire main piping to heavy loads and (2) the desirability of providing flood protection for open conduits under construction.
