Docket No. 50-206 Monthly Operating Report for April 1991 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 1 Technical Specification 6.9.1.10 to Provisional Operating License DPR-13 for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 1, requires SCE provide a Monthly Operating Report which includes routine operating statistics, shutdown experience, all challenges to pressurizer safety and relief valves.
This letter transmits the April 1991 Monthly Operating Report for Unit 1.
During this reporting period, one Power Operated Relief Valve (PORV) was challanged on April 11, 1991. A brief summary is enclosed in Attachment A.
Attachment B provides a revised Unit 1 "Operating Status" sheet for the March 1991 Monthly Operating Report to correct a typographical error. The effected portion of the sheet is appropriately noted.
Attachment C provides a revised Unit 1 "Unit Shutdowns and Power Reductions" sheet for the March 1991 Monthly Operating Report to correctly reflect the number of outages.
