Re:
San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No. 1 Enclosed is our evaluation of the inservice testing (IST) program and related relief requests for the second ten-year interval for San Onofre Unit No.1, covering the period January 1, 1978 to January 1, 1988. Since this unit is now in its third ten-year interval, this report is being provided to you for information only.
The status of the NRC review of your current IST program and relief requests dated December 28, 1987 is as described in Generic Letter 89-04, "Guidance on Developing Acceptable Inservice Testing Programs".
The issuance of this SE does not alter Table 1 or Table 2 of the generic letter.
