An application dated August 2, 1988, was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review. This application submitted the inspection interval for the Inservice Testing Program for Pumps and Valves for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No. 1.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that you remit the application fee of $150 for your August 2 request. A bill will be issued for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
