Docket No. 50-206 NRC Bulletin No. 88-04, Potential Safety-Related Pump Loss San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 The purpose of this letter is to inform you that we will require additional time to provide the information requested by your letter dated February 6, 1990, regarding our response to NRC Bulletin 88-04, "Potential Safety-Related Pump Loss."
Your letter requested that we address the verification of the adequacy of miniflow recirculation with the pump supplier and provide test data and calculations on the feedwater pump tests performed to verify the adequacy of the safety injection miniflow. Based on our current allocation of resources, we will not be able to provide the requested information until approximately April 13, 1990.
