Request for Additional Information (RAI) Concerning NRC Bulletin 85-03 Our letter to you dated August 28, 1987 forwarded a request for additional information related to NRC Bulletin 85-03, "Motor-Operated Valve Common Mode Failures during Plant Transients Due to Improper Switch Settings." Although the enclosure was correct, our August 28 letter incorrectly referred to Generic Letter 85-03 instead of NRC Bulletin 85-03.
The additional information listed in the enclosure to this letter is needed to complete our review of your program.
Please provide the requested information, in the format specified and to the addressees listed in NRC Bulletin 85-03, within 30 days of the receipt of this letter.
The response requested by this letter is not subject to the clearance procedures of the Office of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, PL 96-511.
