Provided as an enclosure are ten copies of the final report entitled, "Emergency Plan for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 1" dated January, 1981.
As also indicated in the January 2, 1981 letter, the emergency response plans for state and local governments would be submitted as they become available. These plans are being transmitted to your office under separate cover.
