SAN ONOFRE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION ANNUAL EMERGENCY PLAN EXERCISE SCOPE AND OBJECTIVES The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge receipt of your May 11, 1988 transmittal in which you furnished us with the scope and objectives for your 1988 annual emergency plan exercise.
We have reviewed your objectives and find them appropriate.
FEMA, Region IX, was contacted during our review. FEMA stated that they had reviewed your submission and had no comments for us to relay to you, since they will not be evaluating the offsite response this year.
