Docket No. 50-206 Amendment No. 100 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Enclosed are three executed and thirty-seven conformed copies of Amendment No. 100 in Docket No. 50-206. Amendment No. 100 consists of Proposed Change No.
110 to the Technical Specifications incorporated into Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13 as Appendices A and B.
Proposed Change No. 110 is a request to revise the Administrative Controls sections of the Appendix A and B Technical Specifications to incorporate station reorganization changes which will be implemented upon NRC review and approval.
It is respectfully requested that Proposed Change No. 110 be reviewed promptly. It is our desire that such a review be completed and appropriate action taken as soon as possible, since implementation of the new site organization will be deferred until approval of this change is granted.
Also enclosed is Southern California Edison Company's Check No. A-877080 dated October 26, 1981, in the amount of $1,200.00 as required by 10 CFR 170.22.
