With your application dated February 10, 1981, your Company remitted a Class III fee of $4,000 (Check #TO20630).
The application requested the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.(ONRR) to approve the extension of the completion dates of eight modifications for the San Onofre Unit No. I fire protection system in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.48(d).
The ONRR staff completed review of the above application on February 13, 1981.
Based on the data provided by the ONRR staff, it has been determined that this application involved a review of an administrative nature. Therefore, a Class,
II fee of $1,200 is applicable. On this basis, we are concurrently authorizing' the Office of the Controller to refund a sum of $2,800 to your Company. Refunds are generally processed In a two-week period.
