OPERABILITY OF POW4ER SOURCES San Onofre Hucle'ar Generating Station, Unit No 1 The Commission has issued the enclosed Amiendment No. 68 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13 for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No. 1. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifi cations in partial response to your application dated August 27, 1980.
The amendment approves changes to the Appendix A Technical Specifications and Bases, which incorporate conditions of electrical power availability during cold shutdown or refueling.
These Technical Specifications are to be implemented within 30 days.
During the review of your application wt found it necessary to miodify your proposal. We have discussed these changes with your ra,'resentative and we have mutually agreed to the modifications.
