..AMENDMENT NO. 58, CATEGORY A TMI REQUIREMENTS SAN ONOFRE UNIT NO. 1 By letter dated November 6, 1981, we issued License Amendment No. 58 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13.for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit.No. 1 to be effective 30 days from its date of issuance.
Members of your staff advised us that you received this amendment on November 16, 1981,.and require the full 30 days to implement the changes to procedures resulting from the amendment. It-was our intent to. allow sufficient time to implement the procedures and, therefore,.per your request, the effective date of License Amendment No. 58 is changed to December.16, 1981, 30 days after receipt.
