TRANSMITTAL OF NRC EVALUATION OF TECHNICAL ISSUES RELATED TO THE NOVEMBER 21, 1985 EVENT AT SAN ONOFRE, UNIT 1 Enclosed is the NRC staff's evaluation of certain technical issues related to the November 21, 1985 event. The conclusions herein are based upon our review of your submittals dated March 2, April 8, May 1 and May 5, 1986.
This report is being provided for your review and comment. Modifications to certain portions of the.report may be appropriate if additional information pertinent to the issues is provided to the staff.
