Quality Assurance Program Description for San Onofre Units 1, 2 and 3 By letter dated June 28, 1985, (M. 0. Medford to J. B. Martin) the Southern California Edison Company (SCE) submitted Change Notice Number 12 to Topical Report, SCE-1-A "Quality Assurance Program", Amendment 7, dated June 1984, as the current Quality Assurance Program description for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 1, 2 and 3. This submittal was made in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(a).
Based on our evaluation of the changes implemented by Change Notice Number 12, we find that the revised topical report continues to meet the criteria of Appendix B to 10 CFR Part 50 and is therefore acceptable for Units 1, 2 and 3.
