NRC Special Inspection of SanOnofre Units 1 and 2
This refers to a special inspection, conducted by Messrs. F. R. Huey, A.
D'Angelo, J. P..Stewart, J. E. Tatum and R. C. Tang of this office during the
period of September 19 through October 11,.1985, of activities authorized by
NRC License Nos. DPR-13 and NPF-10 and to-the discussion-of findings held by
Messrs. Huey, D'Angelo,,Stewart, Tatum and Tang with Mr. H. B. Ray and other
members of the Southern California Edison staff at the conclusion of the
inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection
report. Within these-areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of..procedures .and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure
will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
Should ou have any questions concerning this is ection, we will be glad to
discuss them with you.
Enforcement action by the NRC relating to the inspection will be the subject
of separate correspondence.
