Quality Assurance Program SCE-1-A. Change Notice 37 reflects changes in the Nuclear Oversight Division's method of review of drawings and specifications from in-line to a program of vertical assessments and audits.
These changes are considered a reduction in commitments as defined in 10CFR50.54(a) and thereby require prior NRC review and concurrence.
This notice will be incorporated in the next amendment to the Topical Report following receipt of your formal concurrence.
