San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No. 1 This will acknowledge receipt of your letter of May 5, 1989 which you submitted in response to our letter of January 31, 1989 regarding environmental qualifi cation of Bunker Ramo (Amphenol) electrical penetration assemblies at San Onofre Unit No. 1. Your letter included as an enclosure the revised equipment quali fication document package (EQDP) for these assemblies. The EQDP may be subject to an NRC staff audit at a future date. We have no further questions regarding this matter at this time.
