This acknowledges receipt of your letter dated December 12, 1979, by which you transmitted a change to the security plan for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Security Plan.

We agree that the change discussed in the enclosure to your letter does not decrease the effectiveness of your approved Secuf*ty Plan and is, therefore, consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50.54(p). The enclosure to your letter is being withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d).
