Your application Amendment No. 90, dated April 4, 1980, filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR), included Proposed Changes 91 and 92 to the Technical Specifications for San Onofre 1 and two Class III amendment fees of $4,000 each. The Commission's Office of the Controller has been authorized to refund the one Class III fee for.Technical Specification Change 92 because we have determined that a waiver of license amendment fees for this technical specification change relating to fire protection is appropriate.
