Docket 50-206 Amendment No. 87 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Enclosed are three executed and thirty-seven conformed copies of Amendment No. 87 in Docket No. 50-206.
Amendment No. 87 consists of Proposed Change No. 85 to the Technical Specifications incorporated into the above-numbered license as Appendices A and B.
Proposed Change No. 85 is a request to revise the Administrative Controls Sections of the Appendix A Technical Specifications and Appendix B Environ mental Technical Specifications, respectively. The Change reflects recent corporate reorganization changes.
The corporate reorganization has resulted in a change in the membership of the Nuclear Control Board (NCB) and the Nuclear Audit and Review Committee (NARC).
It should be noted that though the Vice President of Power Supply and the Manager of Steam Generation have been replaced in the NCB and NARC respectively, they will continue to participate in the meetings of those committees for one year in order to maintain continuity.
Also enclosed is Southern California Edison Company's Check No. T012886 dated December 21, 1979, in the amount of $1,200.00 as required by 10CFR 170.22.
