77 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 By letter dated April 18, 1979, we submitted Amendment No. 77 in Docket No. 50-206.
Amendment No. 77 con sists of Proposed Change No. 77 to the Technical Specifications incorporated in the above-numbered license.
Proposed Change No. 77 reflects San Onofre Unit 1 and corporate reorganization changes.
The corporate reorganization changes are reflected in Figure 6.2.1.1 (Appendix A Technical Specifications) and Figure 5.2-1 (Appendix B Environmental Technical Specifications) of Proposed Change No. 77.
In order to incorporate a recently announced corporate level organization change, these figures have been revised to reflect a change in reporting relation ship between the Vice President (Power Supply) and Senior Vice President.
In addition, the figures reflect a change in the reporting relationship between the Nuclear Control Board and the Senior Vice President.
Enclosed are forty copies each of revised Figures 6.2.1.1 and 5.2-1 which supersede the corresponding figures of Proposed Change No. 77.
In accordance with Technical Specifi cation requirements, the enclosed figures have been reviewed and approved by the San Onofre Unit 1 review committees and are incorporated into and made a part of Proposed Change No. 77 herein by reference.

-2 Since Proposed Change No. 77 was determined to be a Class II license amendment request, the corresponding fee of
$1,200.00 was remitted with our April 18, 1979 letter. Accordingly, no additional fees accompany this letter.
