Docket No. 50-206 Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13 Amendment No. 77 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Enclosed are three executed and thirty-seven conformed copies of Amendment No. 77 in Docket No. 50-206. Amendment No. 77 consists of Proposed Change No. 77 to the Technical Specifications incorporated into the above-numbered license as Appendices A and B.
Proposed Change No. 77 is a request to revise the Admin istrative Controls Sections of the Appendix A Technical Speciofications and Appendix B Environmental.Technical Specifications, respectively.
The Change reflects recent San Onofre.Unit 1 and corporate reorgani zation changes.
Proposed Change No. 77 is determined to be a Class II license amendment request. The basis for this determination is that the Change is administrative in nature. Accordingly, also enclosed is Southern California Edison Company's Check No. T009657, dated March 28, 1979 in the amount of $1,200 as required by 10 CFR §170.22.
