Generic Letters 89-10 and 89-13 This letter is to notify the NRC that the San Onofre Units 1, 2, and 3 revised program response document required by Generic Letter 89-10: "Safety-Related Motor Operated Valve Testing and Surveillance" is available for NRC review. This document also satisfies the Southern California Edison commitment made in the above reference to revise our original program document. We have revised this program using the additional NRC guidance from Generic Letter 89-10 Supplements 1, 2, and 3 and the NRC audit from December 10 through 13, 1990.
We intend to complete all of the Generic Letter 89-10 recommended actions within the schedules identified in the Generic Letter.
