We have reviewed your letter of November 16, 1979 and supplement dated December 3, 1979, concerning inadvertent safety injection during surveillance testing at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1. We find that your response adequately addresses the concerns stated in our September 21, 1979 letter (which enclosed our June 26, 1979 letter) and, therefore, we consider the matter resolved for your facility.
