Docket No. 50-206 Order for Modification of License Concerning Primary Coolant System Pressure Isolation Valves San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Your letter of April 20, 1981, issued an Order for Modification of License which revises the Technical Specifications for Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13 for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit No. 1.
Upon receipt of this Order, SCE advised the NRC Staff that several editorial changes would be required so that the numbering of specifications and tables would be compatible with existing Technical Specifications and so that the name and number of Operational Mode 3, Hot Standby, would correspond. Since that time, several telephone conversations have requested that the NRC Staff reissue the order with the editorial changes.
However, because the change has been delayed and because SCE must comply with the order, we have made the editorial changes as can be noted in the enclosure. This will expedite compliance with the order as well as preclude changing the Technical Specifications twice for the same order.
