Docket No. 50-206 Responses.to-Open.Items SEP-Topic 6 ?-9 Seismic Design ConsuideratJons San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 On July 28 to 30, 1982 we met with the NRC staff and its consultants to discuss our seismic reevaluation program for San Onofre Unit 1 structures, systems and components.
As a result of that meeting, a number of items were identified where additional information was required by the NRC.
The purpose of this letter is to respond to those items.
A basis for discussion at the July 28 to 30 meeting was the questions provided in two enclosures to a June 30, 1982 letter from the NRC.
A number of items were resolved during the meeting; however, documentation was requested for several of the items. provides responses to open items from Enclosure 1 to the NRC's June 30 letter, with the exception of items I.1, II.1, 111.1, 111.2 and III.A.2 (a). provides responses to open items from Enclosure 2 to the NRC's June 30 letter. Enclosures 3 and 4 provide responses to additional items which were requested at the July 28 to 30 meeting for piping and mechanical equipment and structures, respectively.
The responses to items which are not included in the enclosures to this letter will be.provided by September 3, 1982.
