Dear Mr. Baskin:
This is in response to your letter of June 30, 1982 reigarding changes to the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Physical Security Plan, Revision 5.
We agree that the changes, with the exception of those in Section 1.3.1.4, are consistent with the provision of 10 CFR 50.54(p). The statement regarding Interim Badging (Section 1.3.1.4, Paragraph 1) should be changed to state "Access to protected areas and Type II occupied vital areas... "
Please include this change in your next plan revision. In the meantime,:
Revision 5 should read as stated above.
