CORRECTION TO AMENDMENT NO. 138 TO PROVISIONAL OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-13 FOR THE SAN ONOFRE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION, UNIT NO. 1 (TAC NO. 77120)
By letter dated November 15, 1990, the Commission issued the above amendment to the Technical Specifications. The second page of the license amendment inadvertently was omitted from the amendment documents. Enclosed is the signed page 2 to be incorporated with Amendment No. 138.
While I understand that this did not present any problems for your staff, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this error may have caused you.

-2 B. Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications contained in Appendix A, as revised through Amendment No.138, are hereby incorporated in the license. Southern California Edison Company shall operate the facility in accordance with the Technical Specifications, except where otherwise stated in specific license conditions.
- 3. This license amendment is effective as of the date of its issuance and must be fully implemented no later than 30 days from the date of issuance.
