ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 102 TO PROVISIONAL OPERATING LICENSE SAN ONOFRE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION, UNIT NO. 1 (TAC NO. 54991)
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 102 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13 for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No. 1. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated August 29, 1977 as modified October 20, 1978, May 8, 1984 and JanuaryD21, 1986.
The amendment approves changes to Appendix A Technical Specifications which incorporate limiting conditions for operation and surveillance requirements for the Overpressure Mitigation System.
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular biweekly Federal Register notice.
