APPENDIX B TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Re:
San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No. 1 The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 76 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-13 for San Onofre Unit No. 1. This amendment is in response to your application dated December 5, 1983.
The amendment approves changes to the Environmental (Appendix B) Technical Specifications, which incorporates changes for consistency with Amendment No. 67 issued-on March 11, 1983 as well as editorial changes.
During review of your application, we found it necessary to modify your proposal.
We have discussed these changes with your representative and we have mutually agreed to the modifications.
A Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to License and Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination and Opportunity for.
Hearing related to the requested action was published in the Federal Register on April 25, 1984 (49 FR 17873). No request for hearing and no comments were received.
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. This action will appear in the Commission's Monthly Notice publication in the Federal Register.
