In your letters dated August 22, 1988 (Unit 3), June 15, 1989 (Unit 1),
and January 17, 1990 (Unit 2), you responded to NRC Bulletin 88-03, "Inadequate Latch Engagement in HFA Type Latching Relays Manufactured by General Electric Company." In your response, you confirmed that the activities required to address the issues discussed in the bulletin have been performed for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit Nos. 1, 2, and 3. Therefore, we consider this action complete.
