As -stated

Allegation (ATS RV-88-A-063)

"I am an individual working at San Onofre. I am against drugs in the nuclear workplace, but the practical work experience at this plant shows a few problems.

1. A physical/mental impairment is the operators and others working rotating shifts. If you don't believe me, try rotating with a crew on a week of days, then graves,.then swings. It's like a permanent hangover. It's the worst thing I experienced here.
2. Another physical/mental impairment is people working with colds and flu.

The company tries to reduce sick days so foreman work sick to set an example; and others work sick because they're intimidated into not using a sick day. I've worked when I was too sick under the influence of "dristan" and was not doing the best job."
