This letter refers to the in-office inspection conducted by Ms. G. Good of
this office on March 22-28, 1994, of activities authorized by NRC License Nos.
DPR-13, NPF-10, and NPF-15. At the conclusion of the inspection, Ms. Good
.
discussed our findings with members of your staff identified in the enclosed
report.
The in-office inspection was conducted to review Revision 12 to emergency plan
implementing procedure(s) SO1(23)-VIII-1, "Recognition and Classification of
Emergencies." These procedures were submitted in accordance with 10 CFR
50.54(q) and Appendix E, Paragraph V, to Part 50.
No violations of NRC requirements were identified within the scope of this
inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure
will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
