NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-206/93-41, 50-361/93-41,
AND 50-362/93-41
On November 30, 1993, Mr. R. Pate, Mr. J. Reese, Ms. G. Good, and Mr. A.
McQueen of this office met with members of your staff at the Region V office
in Walnut Creek, California. Topics discussed in the meeting are described in
the enclosed report.
The proposed revision to your emergency plan appears to be consistent with the
status of Unit 1. Moreover, emergency plan areas identified as requiring
change appeared to be technically sound and well anticipated. The supporting
documentation supplied with the emergency plan revision, and the presentation
your staff made during the meeting, should facilitate our review.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and its enclosure
will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
