WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSED CHANGE NO. 103 By letter dated May 5, 1981, you submitted Proposed Change No. 103 as part of Amendment No. 98, that requested a revision to the Technical Specifications for San Onofre Unit 1. This proposed revision would add one mechanical snubber that was inadvertently omitted from Table 3.13.1 of the Technical Specifications. Subsequently, on December 24, 1981, you submitted Proposed Change No. 105 (Amendment No. 102) that would modify the technical specifications regarding snubbers as requested by the Commission. Discussions with your staff indicate that Proposed Change No. 105 includes the snubber that was previously omitted. This proposed change is under review by the NRC staff.
Accordingly, we conclude that no further action is required on Proposed Change No. 103.
