We have completed a review of certain applications for license amendments which your Company filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for Unit No. 2 of the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station. The purpose of this review was to determine what fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22, if any, are due the USNRC, and what refunds might be due your Company for these applications. In this connection, enclosed is a list which shows the application dates, fees paid, fees that are applicable, and ONRR's final fee determination on each of the applications.

Based on the amounts your Company has paid and the ONRR staff's fee deter minations, a total of $9,600 is due the USNRC.
