IAEA Document Review Enclosed for your review is a copy of the latest facility attachment for San Onofre 2. This document was prepared by IAEA, formally sent to the U. S. for acceptance and, with minor modifications, represents what the final attachment will look like.
In addition, all of the inspections results for this facility that have been received from the IAEA to date are enclosed.
All of the enclosures are currently being withheld from public disclosure.
However, the U. S. Government would prefer to make all IAEA activities as open as possible. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of this letter please review these documents and indicate to us if you wish to request the withholding of any of the information from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.790.
The reporting requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P. L.96-511.
