LONG-TERM CORRECTIVE ACTIONS FOR REACTOR TRIP BREAKER FAILURE This relates to your April 15, 1983 Reactor Trip Breakers report.Section V B of this report describes the long-term corrective actions subsequent to restart that will be accomplished on a long-term basis. Based on discussions between Mr. K. Baskin of your staff and Mr. D. Sternberg of this office on April 25, 1983, it is our understanding that you will provide clarification of the scope (e.g., task is limited to trip breakers only or will cover all safety related activities) and the schedule for the completion of these actions in writing to this office by May 4, 1983.
