Your letter dated December 3, 1982, remitted certain fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 and provided your basis for not remitting the requested Class III fee for Change No. NPF-10-14 which was included as part of your May 14, 1982 application for license amendment for San Onofre 2.
Change No. NPF-10-14 related to the implementation date for the environmental qualification surveillance program. The staff of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) have reassessed their fee position on Change No. NPF-10-14. As a result of this reassessment, they agree with your position that additional fees are not applicable for your May 14 application.
