Docket Nos' 50-361 OL and 50 -362 OL Gentletraln:le It has recently come to my attention that the Applicants!(application f or a Special Nuclear Material License for new fuel and other such material, for use in conjunction with the operating licenses for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3, submitted in July 1978, was not seiyed onthe Board and'parties. I have been informed, however, that a copy has been available at the local public document room for this proceeding located at the Mission Viejo Branch Library.
A copy of the application is enclosed for your information.
It is my understanding that the Staff's review of this license appli cation is underway but that no license has yet been issued.
