An application dated August 25, 1988, was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review. This application submitted additional information regarding fire protection for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit Nos. 2 and 3.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that you remit the application fee of $150 for your August 25 request. A bill will be issued for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
