IE Bulletin 81-01 has been revised to delete your power reactor facility from those with construction permits to which the bulletin is applicable.
As a result, the enclosed revised pages 5 and 6 are forwarded as formal notification of your revised status. This action is being taken to eliminate the duplication of effort on your part that would result from compliance with both the bulletin and the recently requested changes.to your preservice examination and preoperational testing programs to include snubbers.
