SUBJECT:
MEETING WITH SAN ONOFRE 2 AND 3 APPLICANT TO DISCUSS LICENSEE QUALIFICATION The enclosed memo recommends that NRR conduct the planned review of Southern California Edison management with particular attention to management capability in the areas where the recent SALP review has identified the need for increased inspection effort. Since the revised Edison organization will be described in an amendment to the San Onofre 2 and 3 FSAR that is scheduled for late February 1981 submittal, we suggest that the planned meeting be held in mid March, 1981.
Please advise us if you cannot support this schedule.
