Dorman (NRR) to Interim Eligible Class of NRC Licensed Facilities, EA-13-092, Issuance of Order Designating an Interim Class of NRC-Licensed Facilities that are Eligible to Apply to the Commission for Authorization to Use the Authority Granted Under the Provisions of Section 161A of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as Amended and Associated Federal Register Notice, dated June 5, 2013 In accordance with Section IV.3 of Nuclear Regulatory Commission Order EA-13-092 (Reference a),
this letter provides notification that a sufficient number of personnel have successfully completed the requisite firearms background check such that the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, LLC (Calvert Cliffs), security organization can be staffed in accordance with Calvert Cliffs' Nuclear Regulatory Commission-approved security plan, and that the Calvert Cliffs' site protective strategy and procedures can be effectively implemented while meeting applicable fatigue requirements in 10 CFR Part 26, "Fitness for Duty Programs."
There are no regulatory commitments contained in this correspondence.
