STN 50-498, STN 50-499 Commitment Chanae Summary Report STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) submits the attached Commitment Change Summary Report for the period June 21, 2011 through June 21, 2013.

The commitments were evaluated in accordance with the requirements of the STPNOC Regulatory Commitment Change Process, which is consistent with the guidance in the Nuclear Energy Institute's NEI 99-04, "Guidelines for Managing NRC Commitment Changes." Additional documentation is available at STPNOC for your review.

There are no new commitments in this letter.
