JUNE 5,2013, NRC GENERIC FUNDAMENTALS EXAMINATION RESULTS FOR NINE MILE POINT NUCLEAR STATION (COVER LETTER PUBLICLY AVAILABLE, ENCLOSURES WITHHELD FROM PUBLTC)
On June 5,2013, the NRC administered the generic fundamentals examination (GFE) section of the written operator licensing examination to an employee of your facility. The applicant failed.
Enclosed with this letter are a copy of the final answer key, the grading results for your facility, and a copy of the individual examination answer sheet for employee. Please fonrvard the results to the individual along with the copy of his respective answer sheet.
A copy of the BWR GFE and the answer key are available for your review on the NRC's web site approximately 60 days following the examination administration date at:
